If you employed staff on or after 1 October 2017 your legal duties for automatic enrolment begin on the day your first member of staff starts work. This is known as your duties start date and you cannot change this date.
Setting up your workplace pension for automatic enrolment with us is quick and simple, allowing you to get on with what is important to you – running your business.
We have a wide choice of providers available to us, but have negotiated special terms for FSB members with SMART Pensions.

We’ve developed a transparent charging structure for all our services.
We do not charge for setting up a Workplace Pension*, provided you use our Premier Management Service (for full details click here), which starts from £12.50 +vat per month**.
If you feel you are able to deal with the ongoing responsibilities yourself, and just want a Workplace Pension Scheme, we charge a one-off setup fee of £299 + VAT for all scheme set ups.
* Note some providers do have a direct initial charge fee, for example, People’s Pension have a direct set up charge of £300+vat. Smart pensions, for example, have no initial charge fee. Please ask for further details.
