With the knowledge gained from supporting thousands of employers through auto enrolment so far, we offer 3 services designed specifically to support FSB Members.

1. SCHEME SETUP SERVICE – do you need to set up a scheme for your company?

FSB Workplace Pensions can assist you in setting up a scheme with a provider of your choice. We have researched the market and compared all the providers in terms of charges, flexibility, sustainability, and the ability to offer a scheme to all employers no matter how few employees they have, or how low the level of contributions.

2. PREMIER SERVICE – do you need help with the ongoing administration of your scheme?

Each pay period the employer has to assess their workforce, issue communications (if needed), calculate contributions, submit them to the pension provider and keep records. They also have to complete a triennial review and make sure it’s all correct. It can be tricky to be 100% compliant, but we can do all of this for you via our Premier ongoing management service. We take the problem off your desk and, even if we didn’t set your scheme up, we can offer the Premier service for more than 95% of all the schemes on the market. It costs from as little as £12.50 +vat per month*.

3. RESCUE SERVICE – missed your duty start date, triennial review date or got behind with your auto-enrolment duties?

If you need help to get compliant quickly FSB Workplace Pensions can help. We can get you a scheme set up quickly, usually in one phone call, and/or bring all of the required assessments, contributions and communications up to date. We might be able save you being fined by the regulator (and the fines can be substantial), or at least keep any fines to a minimum.

4. TRIENNIAL REVIEW SERVICE – have you reached the third anniversary of your workplace pension scheme?

Every three years you must put certain staff back into a pension scheme. This is called ‘re-enrolment’. Your re-enrolment duties must be carried out approximately three years after your original automatic enrolment staging date. Your duties will vary depending on whether you identify that you have staff to re-enrol, or whether you have no staff to re-enrol. Either way, you will need to complete a re-declaration of compliance to tell The Pensions Regulator (TPR) how you have met your duties. Remember, re-enrolment and re-declaration is your legal duty and if you don’t act within the TPR’s timescale you could be fined.
