We are IFS Employee Benefits LLP (IFSEB), trading as FSB Pension Services. We are registered in England at Companies House, registration number OC303990. We take your privacy seriously and we act in full compliance with all current UK and EC data law and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The purpose of this Policy is to help you understand how we collect, use and protect your information when you visit our website.

What personal data is collected and what information is required for registration?

Your personal data is data that allows others to identify you. IFSEB does not collect any personally identifying information from visitors to its website other than information that is knowingly and voluntarily given.

Data retention

By law we have to keep basic information about our members (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being members for tax purposes.

Your Rights
